RECIPE: Faith from Body Buzz online shares with us her Healthy Pumpkin Popsicles



































Ingredients

100g cooked butternut pumpkin, cooled
1 cup baby spinach
1 banana
½ mango
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp mixed spice
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup Greek yoghurt

Method

Put all ingredients into a blender.  Blend well.

Place the mixture in Popsicle moulds and freeze overnight.

To release the Popsicle run the mould under warm water for a minute and slide out for a yummy
 treat.
