RECIPE: Summer Loving Bircher Brekky


Ingredients: 

1 cup quinoa
1 cup buck wheat
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup Organic yogurt
2 Tbls chia
1/2 cup currants
2 apples, grated
2 Tbls hemp seeds
1 tsp cinnamon

What to do:

Throw all ingredients in a large bowl and mix, mix, mix!!! Put a Lid on or cover it and sit in the fridge overnight. In the morning give it another stir and serve with summer fruits and raw honey. Add a little more milk or yogurt if you like.

So Yummy!
