WEARING: PAIGE DENIM @ 34 WEEKS

I am totally in love with these jeans by Paige denim!!!

Most women will agree with me that a Good pair of Maternity jeans are so hard to come by. They are either hugely oversized, the waist band is extremely uncomfortable or they just sit really wrong!!
These are just perfect, so comfy. I love the flattering style as well as the lower waist band. They just grow with you as you grow. Secretly, I love them so much, I hope that I can still wear them when I'm not pregnant.

I have had these jeans for a little while now and I have wanted to share them with you so badly but the weather has been uncomfortably hot and jeans + heat + fluid retention filled pregnant woman just does not mix well. This weekend has blessed us with the beginning of some winter weather! I am loving the crispness in the air and I hope it is here to stay. As I get bigger I need the cool breeze, my hands and feet don't enjoy the puffy look! Its not so glamorous! Haha!

Meet working mum mentor Marie from HEALTH ME

Another wonderful week, another another wonderful Working Mums Mentor! I am super excited to introduce this amazing mentor to you; its the fitness mentor, Marie from HEALTH ME!

1. Please tell us a bit about yourself and your Business. How did it all start?

Me , Maree, a 36 year old woman with 3 beautiful, hyperactive kids (and yes 2 out 3 have diagnosed ADHD so they are hyperactive) Georgia is 12, Kaylan is 11 and Kye is 5, he was my little surprise. I am married to Bennett, my best friend, my soul mate and someone I can be my silliest, craziest self around. We have been together since age 15, a long time I know, but when you’re friends before you’re lovers it seems effortless.
My passion for fitness started at a young age. I was very atheletic at school and pre-kids,But did not study Personal Training till I was 30. As for nutrition I took this on when my kids were diagnosed with AdHd as I did not want to medicate them. I have been able to manage their behaviour and concentration through food and fitness.
My business started because I wanted to help other families manage their children and themselves with food and fitness. I wanted to be able to educate, inspire and motivate them to be healthy both inside and out. I also still wanted to be able to drop off and pick up my children from school and realized I could do this by working for myself.
I speak from experience when I talk about weightloss as I myself have lost over 25kg after my last child. I know the highs and the lows, I know what it is like to have to do the grocery shopping, cook dinners, make lunches, clean and still make time for my exercise. I want to show mummies how they can get their sexy back through food and fitness.

2. What do you offer as a mentor in your working mum mentoring sessions?

Mentoring sessions with Me will help provide realistic health and fitness solutions to working mums who want to reinvent themselves to become Healthier Sexier Women and still meet the needs of their family and careers! I can show you how to get your sexy back through food and fitness.

3. What are your top 5 tips for any busy mum?

1. Set aside 30 mins on the weekend to schedule in shopping days, weekly dinners, exercise and some ME time.
2. Be active daily, even if its for 10mins whilst cooking dinner do some squats and lunges. The feel good hormones it will realease will be worth it.
3. At least once a week do something that makes you feel like a woman! Manicure, Pedicure, a bath, hair treatment whatever it is MAKE SURE YOU DO IT!
4. Get enough sleep. Going to bed late and getting up early , is not beneficial to you physically, emotionally or mentally or any body else around you. At least 6 hours solid sleep will do wonders.
5. I have learnt to stop whinging, nobody is listening. If I want something done, I either do it myself or ask for help! 9 times out of 10 most family and friends would LOVE to help. Its just us being too shy or too proud to ask

4. Do you have any advice or inspiration to send out to any of our readers that are thinking about starting their own business or doing more of something they love???

JUST DOIT! Dont get me wrong its hard work, however the freedom, flexability and passion is worth it!

5. If you had half an hour to cook dinner and realised you didn’t have anything planned, what would you cook?

Tuna, Rice and Veggie Salad with Olive Oil and Lemon dressing. These are staples in my house, so it’s easy to throw together in minutes.

6. What’s your favourite juice or smoothie?

It would have to be Guava, Orange and Banana Smoothie with Yoghurt.

7. What is your favourite live by affirmation, mantra or quote?

I live by “Its all about Progression not perfection” I think we can get too caught up in getting things perfect that we miss out on the process and the progression we make. Life is about making mistakes, how else would we learn if we didn’t make them.

8. Lastly, anything you want to share with us about you or your business?

Health Me is aimed at women and families who want to change their lifestyles to become healthier, but still enjoy a few naughty things every now and then. We focus on not creating swimsuit models but confident, strong women both mentally, emotionally and physically.

10 GREAT WAYS TO USE JOJOBA OIL (GIVEAWAY CLOSED)

image
Jojoba oil is an amazing, versatile substance! I have always heard it to be part of skincare products but only recently have had the opportunity to try this beautiful pure Australian oil from The Jojoba Company. It is divine and has so many great uses! It's amazing how one oil can be so beneficial for so many things.

Here's the run down on Jojoba Oil:

"Skin health is maintained by an oily (waxy) solution called sebum; 25-30% of the skin's sebum is made up of wax esters. The prime role of wax esters is to hold moisture in the skin, which keeps skin looking and feeling firm. As we hit our early 20's, our production of wax esters starts to decrease, allowing moisture to escape from skin cells. This begins the aging process of skin.

Jojoba is the only plant known to produce wax esters similar to those in our skin. Jojoba is naturally hypoallergenic and contains powerful antioxidants, Omega 6 & 9 fatty acids, and Vitamins A, D and E. Remarkably, when applied to skin, the wax esters in jojoba provide similar nurturing and moisturising properties as our own sebum. Skin recognises jojoba as its own and lets it in to deliver active ingredients into the deeper layers of our skin.

The remarkable qualities of 100% natural Australian jojoba are at the foundation of The Jojoba Company's entire skin care range."

Here are 10 ways to use this wonder oil:

1. Moisturiser - Apply a few drops to your face and massage in. It is ver light while beautifully moisturising. It is really great for under makeup.

2. Heals sunburn and other skin irritations or wounds/ailments including stretch marks - apply to the affected areas as needed.

3. Make up remover - Jojoba Oil is a great and super quick make up remover; just apply to skin and wipe off with warm wet cotton pads or cloth.

4. Lip balm – Use as a lip balm for conditioning dry or flaky skin. you can also create your own flavoured lip oil by adding a couple of aromatgerapy oil to a jar of jojoba oil. for example; strawberry, peppermint, lemon be creative.

5. Treat you Nails – This has to be the most popular use for Jojoba oil. It is absolutely amazing to treat nails and cuticles. Rub a drop on your hands and cuticles at least once per day. You can also add a drop of tea tree oil for a natural anti fungal nail treatment if needed.

6. Body Lotion – a little goes a long way so you can add some to your normal body lotion or use a little on its own.

7. Hair Treatment - Jojoba oil is a great hair treatment, it is great for removing product residue and rehydrating damaged ends. Rub some oil over wet hair once a week and leave for an hour or over night. Wash hair as normal in the morning for some seriously glamorous rehydrated locks! Also great to tame fly aways, just use a tiny bit on finger tips and smooth over hair for a quick fix.

8. Acne spot treatment - The anti-inflammatory properties in Jojoba oil may work as a "spot treatment" when mixed with tea tree oil on the odd spot.

9. Pre Swimming hair protection – Run 3-4 drops through your hair before diving in the pool or ocean. Can help from damaging strands and holding hair colour.

10. Face Cleanser - Just massage into face and wipe off with warm damp cloths or cotton pads. It will gently unclog pores and wash away dirt.

The Jojoba Company is a wonderful Australian company that has our skins best interests at heart, they started planting their very first Australian crops on their home estate and they now have a huge range of natural products focused on anti ageing and skin health. Blissful weekend in Bowral!

It's not often as a mum that you get a night away from home... Hell, its not often as a mum you get a full nights sleep AT home!!!

Last weekend was a weekend I will cherish for the next gosh-only-knows-how-long, it was a weekend with my "book club mums" at one of their beautiful farms down in Bowral. It was amazing! Not only was the location enough to make us all go "ohhhhhhhhh", but it was oh-so-quiet and we had time to be.

I met my "book club mums" through a pre-natal yoga friend and since then we have share many fun play dates, playgroup dates, park dates, tantrums, smiles, dinners, books and lots of wine! We started off as a netball team and after winning a season we decided to leave on a high and start a monthly book club. I wont lie, I never read the book, but the laughter, the food and the fun that comes from each monthly night at our homes is something we will treasure forever!
We are all from different places, yet we all get together and get along so well! They are just fun to be around.

So here are a few snaps from our peaceful child-free weekend where we slept without interruption, read books, caught up on trashy magazines, chatted, laughed, listened to the birds chirp, the cows moo and dined exclusively... IT WAS BLISS!

Let's face it, us mums need a bit of "me time" so we can all be better mums!

7 things I'm doing to encourage my placenta up and out of the way!

image
So this pregnancy is definitely giving me its best shot at hitting me in the head with a sledge hammer... But I am fighting back and trying to give it a whole lot of positivity by asking for some guidance from the pro's.

You all know now that my chance of having a natural birth is slowly slipping out the window, given that I have complete placenta prévia. I know!!! I can't believe it? Why me? I have never been a smoker, I'm far from being over 35, I don't take drugs, never had a previous c-section or surgery in that area and I was super healthy when we got pregnant... So I am guessing that these things can just happen! Now at (almost) 33 weeks, I'm not letting the chance of a vaginal delivery slip out the window completely just yet, as miracles can happen!

Sitting on the natural side of life, I want to give it my best shot at encouraging this placenta to graciously move slightly up so I can have a chance at pushing my baby out my birth parts. How can this be done? Well, after so many people telling me that it isn't possible and I should relax and just let nature do its thing and a few sharing their more holistic views and hope, I am going with this list here:
  • Holistic chiropractor - I have found the most amazing chiro that specialises in fertility and birth preparation. We are working at aligning my body to the way it's meant to be, preparing my body for birth, releasing any past injuries and helping to release any emotional blockages while helping to empower me for the birth that I choose, whichever that may be.
  • Acupuncture - In Chinese medicine it is believed that if you have this condition during pregnancy then it means your qi is down, everything in the body is low and needs to be picked back up again and sorted out. There are some great acupuncture points that can assist with this as well as Chinese medicinal herbs.
  • Moxa - I call this the hippy stick... It's another way of drawing qi and you can learn more about it here. I have been burning it once a day over my belly button.
  • Yoga - Oh I love yoga!! Yoga works in so many wonderful ways and it truly is a way of life. My yoga practices stretch me, assist me in building strength both mentally and physically as well as help me to relax and enjoy creating my baby.
  • Meditation - I need to chill out so meditation is helping me every night to relax, bring myself back to me and start focusing on what is happening inside.
  • Visualisation - The mind and visualisation can be so powerful and most of the miracle stories point to this very one thing. During my meditations I focus on my baby and talk to it. I visualise the baby pushing my placenta up and use my breath to assist it.
  • Crystals - I am very new to crystals but I am being told more and more that they can do amazing things. Little P and I chose one the other day and I have been using it hand in hand with my meditations to help relax, empower and allow me to accept what ever will be, will be.
My main focus is to do what is best for my baby, so acceptance and empowerment for what ever birth I have is my main point and I am feeling better everyday!
Wish me luck! Any miracle stories you would like to share with me??? I would love to hear them!

Oh yeah, GIVE ME SOME OF THAT!

Have I told you how amazing my husband is??? Well, he is pretty amazing! Saturday mornings are usually daddy's Breakfast making morning and his delicacy is definitely eggs Benedict. It is so delicious and nothing better than home made hollandaise sauce, he makes the best! So here is my handsome hubby's recipe and if you want to know how to poach the perfect egg just go here, its easier than you think. ENJOY!

Ingredients
2 Organic free range egg yokes
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice

Method
Throw everything in a bowl and whisk... dont stop... place over a simmering pot so it doesn't get to hot and separate, burn, turn into scramble eggs. Keep whisking until it gets to ribbon stage which is when you lift up mixture with the whisk and it folds back down on mixture  looking like a ribbon.

Meet Working Mums Nutrition Mentor Angela from the Ambaa Tree

Another wonderful week, another another wonderful Working Mums Mentor! I am super excited to introduce this amazing mentor to you; its ANGELA from The Ambaa Tree!

Please tell us a bit about yourself and your Business. How did it all start?

I am a Naturopath and my business is called the Ambaa Tree Natural Health Centre.  I started The Ambaa Tree nearly 5 years ago to provide support to Mums.  Originally The Ambaa Tree was a large multi modality natural health clinic provide a wide range of natural therapies for new Mums.  Two years ago I downsized my business but my aim is still to provide support to Mums and their families.  I have found that there are a lot of businesses that focus on children's needs and issues but there wasn't a lot of support specifically for Mums.  I believe that Mums are the heart of the family and if I can support the heart then the whole family will be healthy and strong.

What do you offer as a mentor in your working mum mentoring sessions?

As a Working Mum Mentor I will help Mums to learn more about nutrition and how eating well keeps themselves and their family happy and healthy.  Mums will get some simple tips on how they can eat well and feed their families highly nutritious foods.

What are your top 5 tips for any busy mum?

- Eat well for more energy
- Sleep well for more energy
- Drink lots of water for more energy
- Smile even when things seem like they are not going well
- Look after yourself first and then you will be giving your family the best version of you

Do you have any advice or inspiration to send out to any of our readers that are thinking about starting their own business or doing more of something they love???

Running your business is hard work, you will sacrifice time with your family for your business but it doesn't have to be that way forever.  It is important that your prioritise your time and learn to say NO!

If you had half an hour to cook dinner and realised you didn’t have anything planned, what would you cook?

I am lucky that I own a Thermomix so making a healthy meal on 30 minutes is fairly easy.  In summer it would be steamed chicken breast with a quinoa and mango salad, in winter probably a chicken and mushroom risotto.

What’s your favourite juice or smoothie?

Green smoothie with kale, cucumber, avocado, parsley leaves, pineapple juice, coconut water and protein powder

What is your favourite live by affirmation, mantra or quote?

"I know God will not give me anything I cannot handle, I just wish he didn't trust me so much" Mother Teresa

Lastly, anything you want to share with us about you or your business?

My vision is to help as many Mums as possible to live happy and healthy lives.  I love seeing massive changes in the way Mums feel with just some simple diet changes.  Often the best thing I can offer Mums is my time to listen to them and to let them know that they are already doing a great job at being a Mum.

TOXIC FREE FIND: Jacqueline Evans Naturopathic Skincare

image
Nothing could make me more happy than a skincare range that has been created by a naturopath that really has our bodies best interests at heart! As most of us know now, the skincare products that line our supermarket and department store shelves are just filled with chemicals that are not good for our insides.
Our skin is the biggest organ of our body so that means that it can take in the most crap.
In the last month, I have had the opportunity of trialling 3 products from the Jacqueline Evans Naturopathic Skincare range.

I love for my skin to feel hydrated, truly hydrated. I don't like watery skincare products and unfortunately alot of natural ranges are just full of water. I want my moisturiser to feel duey on my skin, I want to go to bed feeling like my face is being nurtured and healed from the day out in the weather.
Jacqueline Evans skincare definitely does all those amazing things and I am so happy to have found them.

Here are the products I have been using; with a little bit of info from the Jacqueline Evans website:

Rooibos Facial toner - Our toner soothes and restores skin, minimising pore damage to keep skin in perfect condition. Rosewater and Aloe are infused with organic Rooibos Tea, which contains antioxidants to fight free radical damage, while Sandalwood, Geranium and Damask Rose relieve and rejuvenate. Suitable for all skin types.

Argan and Rosehip Moisturising cream - The refreshing smell of this moisturising cream inspires and invigorates, while the active ingredients hydrate and soften your skin. Help fight signs of ageing with Centella oil, an important rejuvenating agent, while Alpha Linolenic acid and other essential fatty acids assist lubrication. Vitamins and rich herbals also aid antioxidant activity and soften and rehydrate dry skin. Suited to dry skin types.

Argan and Rosehip face serum - The most important step to protecting your skin against ageing. Argan and Rosehip Seed provide a powerful combination that lifts, tones, repairs and regenerates skin. Neroli, Sandalwood and Frankincense stimulate cellular activity and growth. Suitable for all skin types.

Go here to read more>>> http://www.jacquelineevans.com.au/

So what do I think?

The Rooibos toner is just the perfect spritzer for freshening up over the day or setting makeup.
The moisturiser is perfect under make up as well as nurturing the skin freshly in the morning.

The Argan and Rosehip Moisturising cream feels so nice in the morning on my skin when I wake up. Having dry skin, I love my moisturiser to be super creamy and this is just right, it is great for under make up and to give the skin a great smooth and soft feel.

And the Argan and Rosehip face serum; OH MY!!! I'm just in love with it, it is beautiful to soak the skin with just before bed! It is so nourishing and my skin just feels so soft in the mornings.

I would definitely recommend these products to anyone. Just quietly, I love them so much I will soon be stocking the range in our store really soon so keep posted! They are gorgeous!!!

When times get tough we eat brown rice...

image
If theres one thing that I promised myself when I first started this blog was that I wouldn't ever pretend I was something that I'm not... And if theres one thing about this pregnancy is that I am getting great at over sharing... Telling you all things you probably don't need to hear or care about but its becoming like a diary to me, just a really public one,  so when I think of stuff I want to write it down, I'll tell you... And its true, life aint easy all the time.

When my husband and I first got together we always had money, we had our own money to spend on what ever we wanted to spend it on... We weren't rich but we could definitely always buy what ever we wanted... It was great!
When you have children things change, like really change, and you can NEVER plan for that. When we got married, life was still amazing and free of any worry. Well, really, what was there to worry about??? We could pay the bills, eat out, go to the movies when we wanted, I could go to a million dance classes a week, drink wine and not get a hangover, go out and dance the night away and not come home until early hours of the morning and then sleep all day, and just be what ever we wanted to be. We have never had credit cards, we didn't need them... Life was easy!

Now, a few years down the track, things are very different. We are struggling on one income, we still have no credit cards,  have (what feels like) no money, a mortgage to pay, bills that never stop coming in and almost 2 children to support and feed good food! Its hard work! And its stressful! We get angry, we get upset, we blame each other and then we laugh! We tell each other that we will look back on this tough time and be proud of how we survived!

When it comes to food, I have listened to so many people that say they cant afford to eat good, organic food and I have always been the one to shut them down in my head and tell them that its the choices they make, good food should always come first. But recently, I am beginning to eat my words... Eating healthy food is expensive and when times are tough, eating organic food is hard to afford. But I still do the shopping and I buy as much good food as I can... Why? Because eating good food is important and a priority to me and I want my babies to be provided with good nutrients.
I read in a great book called; Real Food for mother and baby recently; "You should eat the best food you can afford, don't go without it all together because you cant afford the best."
This has put things in perspective for me and helped me to accept when times get tough we eat a little differently.

So how do we make things work and eat the best that we can when the money is tight?

  • I dont meal plan! Some people think I'm crazy and this is because alot of people find it alot cheaper to plan the meals for the week ahead and only buy what they need. If I do that, I spend MORE money because I buy loads of ingredients and go by yummy looking recipes, then by the time we hit mid-week I am too tired to make the recipes anyway and the food sits in the fridge. I am a basic cook, no need for anything fancy, I just throw a heap of things together and it usually works out ok. My husband is also great at creating something out of nothing so I leave some of the dinners to him.
  • We can eat the same meal twice in a week, maybe three times even! Its no big deal, if its good food, we eat it. Lately we have been making big batches of whatever! Risottos, Soups, etc... We pack as many veggies in as we can and it can last us a couple of meals. This is also because I am so tired, its easy to reheat something for the family than create a whole new dish.
  • We always eat fruit and veggies! I go to the farmers market. The local farmers market is full of some good bargains and it comes straight from the farmer so it cuts out the middle man and you know its fresh. I do a loop around first and check out the specials and then grab what ever is a bargain. We can create our meals from the inspiration we get. If there are days at the end of the week when we have run out and the bank account is drowning, I do the loop at woolies to see if they have any organic produce on sale and if they dont, I might buy some conventional fruit and veg if its on sale, I grab it... I would rather us eat some fruit and vegetable than none at all.
  • We have started growing our own veggies. Since moving house over christmas, we have alot more room and have started growing our own veggies, this is so much fun and exciting and great to be able to pick what we need from the yard rather than buying it. You can check out ways you can make gardens out of limited spaces all over google.
  • We ALWAYS eat lots of eggs! I love eggs, they are so unbelievably good for us and they are a huge staple in our house. If I know we are eating 1 complete protein everyday it make me happy. I make sure they are organic and free range always and I try to buy straight from the farmer. This makes them cheaper and super fresh! My husband was mortified the day he found out I spend $7 on a dozen eggs a week. I told him thats a bargain, at woolies the same packet is $9 or $10. And who knows how long they have been sitting on the shelf?
  • I will NEVER buy conventional animal products! They are just too scary! Conventional animal products freak me out and I just cant bring myself to buy non organic meat, milk or eggs. The animals are poorly treated and alot of them hardly see the sun, meaning they are so nutrient deficient themselves that they have bairly any nutrients left in them to give us. On weeks we have more money we might eat quite a bit of organic meat but on weeks that we don't, then we might be more vegetarian. I try to only ever buy meat or chicken on sale and freeze it down and just get it out when we need it.
  • When life gets tough, we eat more grains. Yes, brown rice is cheap and its a great filler to go with dishes, as is quinoa. I still only go for the organic type as conventional grains are heavily sprayed with pesticides so its best to stick with the good stuff and there is no excuse because its sold at woolies and they always have specials to stock your pantry.

Image : Great little pocket guide when we cant always buy organic, you can choose to buy the ones that carry the least toxicity..
So there you have it, my version of the poor peoples tips to eating good food. Anyone else ever feel like their wallets are being taken from them? What are your tips to eating the best food you can?

RECIPE: My chocolate mousse

Um... Cravings anyone??? My hand is up... WOW am I loving all things chocolate at the moment, so I try my hardest to set challenges for myself to create the healthy version of the mouth watering delicacy that I want to run to the shops, buy and start shovelling in my mouth (Yes, I am gross!)... And of cause I want it to taste just as good, if not better! So here is my take on a healthy chocolate mousse. Avocado is oh-so-good for us so enjoy, enjoy. enjoy!

Ingredients:
3 x really ripe avocados
2 x Tbls raw organic Honey
2 x Tbls Coconut oil
1 x Tbls Raw cocao powder

Meet Working Mum Mentor Stacey; aka VEGGIE MAMA!

Another wonderful week, another another wonderful Working Mums Mentor! I am super excited to introduce this amazing mentor to you; its STACEY from Veggie Mama

Please tell us a bit about yourself and your Business. How did it all start?

I began Veggie Mama when I was a newspaper editor looking to branch into online writing. I thought it would be a portfolio, never a profit-making blog!

What do you offer as a mentor in your working mum mentoring sessions?

I offer help in the area of putting veggies in your diet a much more enjoyable experience! Whether you dabble in vegetarianism, are interested in Meatless Monday or just want to eat healthier, I’m your man.

What are your top 5 tips for any busy mum?

  1. Blend, blend, blend: Pack more nutrients into soups and sauces for pasta by whizzing anything you can get your hands on in a food processor. They’ll bring a ton of flavor but you’ll barely know they’re there.
  2. Eat a bigger breakfast: Forget about the toast and spread in the morning, and fry a chopped mushroom, onion, zucchini and tomato with a handful of spinach. Pop an egg or some feta on top. Save time in the morning by chopping a week’s worth of veggies on a Sunday night and having them ready to go each morning. Don’t just save a fry-up for the weekend!
  3. Have a Big Salad: Just like Seinfeld’s Elaine, get as much as you can onto your plate – clean out the fridge if you have to! There are lots of vegetables you can chop in advance, then add salad leaves, avocado, nuts, seeds and dressings at lunch time and you’ve got yourself a fast but veggie-packed lunch.
  4. Pop them in pikelets: Great for a snack, lunchboxes and even breakfast (and freezable so you can make a double-batch), grate some carrot and onion into a wholemeal pikelet mix and add chopped spinach, a handful of peas and some finely diced capsicum. A bit of tasty cheese goes well with these and they’re super-quick.
  5. Add more: If you buy lunch, have a container in the fridge of extras you can add: a handful of spinach or lettuce on your burger or wrap, spinach or kale in your soup, a can of corn, a container of cherry tomatoes. Nothing that needs cooking!

Do you have any advice or inspiration to send out to any of our readers that are thinking about starting their own business or doing more of something they love???

Just do it! Don’t put it off any longer. Good things come with time and hard work, and if you haven’t started, then you’re that much more behind the eight ball! And what you put out, you get back.

If you had half an hour to cook dinner and realised you didn’t have anything planned, what would you cook?

Burritos! A veggie bean mix, a fresh salsa and a bunch of chopped veggies on tortillas. Homemade if I’m lucky. Quick and easy, and everyone helps themselves.

What’s your favourite juice or smoothie?

I love anything with lemon, ginger and mint.

What is your favourite live by affirmation, mantra or quote?

Live and let live.

Lastly, anything you want to share with us about you or your business?

That it makes me happy every single day!

To think that in less than 10 weeks I will have another little baby to hold in my arms is so amazing and exciting, yet totally overwhelming. Time is creeping up faster and faster and it's time to start thinking of the hospital stay and what I will need to pack in my bag of tricks. I have a massive love for all things hand made and out there and browsing on etsy (once again, yes I am obsessed!) I found these super cute handmade hospital gowns. Arnt they fun?
