For me after using clay my skin feels so clean and fresh looking. I normally would use this treatment once a week, depending on my skin if I'm having a breakout I will apply the clay to my skin. It works amazing all over the body for a full detox this will draw out the toxins and help with blemishes and toning the skin.

Green clay ~
Green clay is the most active of all clays and its more suited for normal to oily skin. It cleanses, tones and softens the skin, and can be used on the face or body.
What you need:
1 bowl (glass)
A wooden spoon
1-2 teaspoons of purified water
1 teaspoon of green clay
Place the clay into the glass bowl. Slowly add the water, and mix with the wooden spoon until a light, smooth and creamy paste. Apply to your face with your fingers or a wooden spatula.
leave for 15 mins. Rinse off with a warm washers.
