Sugar Free September - week 1










Our Sugar Free September Challenge 2013 has taken off over on Instagram and it so exciting to see so many people getting in on the action! I am absolutely loving all the daily pics everyone is uploading!!!! It is so inspiring to see what everyone is up to and how they are keeping on track and what they are enjoying! If your not on instagram then you can have a look at my pics here but then, go get your butt over there as it really is a cool place to hang out!!! 

Week 1 has been really great for me, I have felt amazing at the fact that I am in control of whats going into me again. It's a very empowering feeling. I have had the usual cravings late afternoon and I have hit them on the head with something nourishing like power balls or a green smoothie or juice. The main thing I have realised through the first week is that I am eating too much. I wont lie, I am really good at eating! So during week two, I plan to try to stop the all day snacking and eat more regular small meals.
