RECIPE: Apple and cinnamon porridge {in the THERMOMIX}


Super delicious! Super nutritious! Super simple!

Ingredients:

1 x whole apple, quartered
1 x whole pear, quartered
1 tsp cinnamon
100 grams Rolled oats
500 grams of water
milk of choice or 1 tsp coconut oil to serve.

Method:

1. Add apple and pear to mixing bowl. Turn to speed 7 for 3 seconds.
2. add oats, cinnamon and water and cook on 90 degrees heat, reverse, speed 3 for 15 minutes.
3. Enjoy with your choice of milk or a teaspoon of coconut oil or nothing at all! Such an easy brekky that you can pop on as soon as you wake up and its ready for the tribe when they wake up attacking you for food (as my little ones do).
