RECIPE: Meaty bacon bites



Meaty bacon bites

Ingredients
500 grams mince of your choice
2 cloves garlic, minced
Handful of parsley, finely chopped
Pinch of salt and pepper
10 pieces of bacon
tooth picks

Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
In a large bowl combine mince, minced garlic, chopped herbs, salt and pepper. Mix well with your hands and roll into mini meatballs.
With a small piece of bacon, wrap each meatball and secure with a toothpick or skewer.
Place your meaty bacon balls onto a lined baking tray and bake for 40 mins or until bacon is cooked to your preference.
