YUM!!!! Monday was a day of cleansing and eating lots of delicious food!!! Did I say cleansing and lots of delicious food in the same sentence?? OMG! YES! YUM! Recently I have found Eat Fit food and it is bliss.
Eat fit food is a food delivery service that bring gourmet, healthy meals to your door step. I have had meals delivered by different places before and they are always frozen and full of crap. Half the ingredients you can’t pronounce and everything is fat free but full of sugar = NOT GOOD!

My Monday Menu went as follows and you can see how mouth-watering the food was in the pictures below!! ENJOY!
Pre-Breakfast: Revive with apple, kiwifruit & Spinach juice and or/ a warm water with a squeaze of lemon juice
Breakfast: Brown rice porridge with poached pear and walnuts
Snack 1: Eat fit food cleanse bar (VERY YUMMY!)
Lunch: Sweet potato cakes on tomato, red onion and avocado salad with honey mustard dressing
Snack 2: Fruit
Dinner: Lemon & Chilli Prawns with rice noodles, rocket, bean sprouts, capsicum, snow peas & Carrot
