I really felt like something naughty today so instead I thought I would make something tasty, sweet yet packed with goodness to satisfy my craving. And there is nothing better than dunking a crunchy biscuit into a cup of tea is there???
So here is my super easy and nutritious maple crunch cookie recipe… They are so yummy! ENJOY!
1 cup almond meal
1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
1 cup desiccated coconut
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 linseeds, ground
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees
2. Throw everything in a large mixing bowl and stir until combined well
3. Form into biscuit shapes and place on a greased Baking tray.
4. Place in oven and bake for 45 mins or until golden brown.
5. Let cool and YUMMO!!!
