Oil was a high saturated fat that was bad for you, but that’s a big
misunderstanding. The saturated fat found in coconut oil is a “good” saturated
fat. A fat that our bodies need. There are medium-chain saturated fatty acids
(like those in coconut oil) and long-chain saturated fat (like those in
meat).  The medium chain saturated fatty acids are stored into your body
as energy not fat! So you’re burning energy off at a faster rate which is great
for weight loss. Coconut Oil also contains lauric acid 50% which balances the
gut flora and aids digestion so you don’t feel bloated.

coconut smoothie recipe. This smoothie is so scrumptious! You are going to
love, love, love!!!  And it is
perfect for a summer’s day.
Ingredients:
½
can of coconut milk
2
tsp extra virgin coconut oil
1
raw egg
1
tbsp of pumpkin seeds
1
tbsp of linseeds
1
tsp of raw honey or honeycomb
5
blueberries
1
sliced banana
2
tbsp of yoghurt and whipping cream
½
cup of ice
What to do:
Blend all ingredients together!
