kids from an early age (it’s not always easy ! I have a child with major
sensory issues with food so I know) a few quick tips are :

  • If you can’t pronounce the name of a
    food – don’t eat it
  • Don’t eat anything your grandmother
    wouldn’t recognise as a food
  • Eat food with ingredients a normal
    person would have in their pantry
  • Avoid low fat or Light foods
  • Eat foods made from ingredients you
    can picture in their raw state or growing in nature
  • Limit your exposure to toxic
    chemicals, choose your cleaning products, beauty products and any products
    exposed to the skin carefully.
