RECIPE: Raw Super kid Slice

You would of heard by now that we are now stocking the fabulous Superfoods for Kids Range. They are the perfect way to sneak much needed nutrients into your little ones and they taste good too. I went crazy in the kitchen over the weekend and threw some goodness into the food processor and this is what happened; a super delicious, super healthy, jam packed full of goodness super kid slice! ENJOY!

2 Tbls peanut butter
1 Tbls Unhulled Tahini
3 Tbls coconut oil
2 Tbls chia seeds
2 Tbls linseeds
2 Tbls pepetas
1/2 cup Brazil nuts 
1 cup Organic Turkish apricots
1/2 cup Raisins
1 cup Medjool dates


  1. Throw it all in the food processor and wiz until well combined and sticky. 
  2. Lay into a lined square tray and smooth over flat. You can use another piece of baking paper on top to help smooth over. 
  3. Sprinkle with some shredded coconut and place into the freezer to set. 
  4. Cut into small squares and enjoy as a super kid snack!!!
