RECIPE: IsoWhey Banana and Coconut Frappe

Serves 1
Prep: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1½ cup coconut milk
1 fresh banana
1 tsp. chia seed
1 tsp. coconut oil
1/4 cup ice cubes
Method:
Pour the coconut milk
into the blender with the IsoWhey powder, chia seeds and ice. Blend.
