filled with sugar and packed with additives, it is something you really want to
steer clear of. This is why these little babies are brilliant. So simple and so
tasty that your guests wont have a clue that they are healthy.
Place onion, garlic, parsley,
chillies, natvia, tamari, salt and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil into a food
processor and process until all chopped finely and combine.
Put the chicken into a glass bowl and
then cover with the sweet chilli mixture. Use your hands to massage the chicken
with the mix to make sure it is all covered well. Cover and put in the fridge,
leave to marinate for a least an hour.
Cook on an oiled BBQ or grill until
golden brown all over and cooked through.
