RECIPE: Buckwheat bars (nut free)

Buckwheat bars
These are a great lunch box friendly snack; they are tasty, easy to make and a great go to. 

Ingredients
2
cups activated buckwheat
1
cup sultanas
1
cup date paste
1
tbsp coconut oil, melted
1
tsp cinnamon
Method
Preheat
oven to 160 degrees.
Combine
all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine well.
Flatten
mixture out into a small lined baking tray.
Bake
for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow
to cool in tray and then cut into bars.

Store
in an airtight container in the fridge.
