500 grams fresh white Australian Certified Organic fish
1 tsp Macro certified organic dijon mustard

RECIPE: Meaty bacon bites

Meaty bacon bites

500 grams mince of your choice
2 cloves garlic, minced
Handful of parsley, finely chopped
Pinch of salt and pepper
10 pieces of bacon
tooth picks

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
In a large bowl combine mince, minced garlic, chopped herbs, salt and pepper. Mix well with your hands and roll into mini meatballs.
