Ingredients

100g cooked butternut pumpkin, cooled

1 cup baby spinach

1 banana

½ mango

1 cup almond milk

1 tsp mixed spice

½ tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup Greek yoghurt

Method

Put all ingredients into a blender.  Blend well.
